WhatsApp brings this new feature for all Android users

Popular social media app Whatsapp, just a few days ago for the convenience of users brought a fun feature called 'Mute Video'.  This feature allows users to turn off the sound of the video when uploading or uploading status via the messaging platform.  Until recently, however, this feature was only available to beta users of WhatsApp.  However, from today, all Android users will be able to use it, according to the company owned by Facebook.

In a tweet post, WhatsApp said that from now on, videos shared on WhatsApp will have the option to watch only with the naked eye.  Android users can mute a video before sharing it or giving it status, without the need to edit separately.

How to use the 'Mute Video' feature?

From now on, when sending a video or posting it as a status, users will see a small speaker icon just to the left of the video duration (trimming option) and file size details.  The video can be muted / unmuted by clicking on that icon.

According to the company, for the time being, only Android users will be able to enjoy this 'mute video' feature.  In that case, no information has been found yet about when it will be available for iPhone users.
