Huawei has launched the Mate 40E 5G smartphone in its domestic market as the fifth model in the Mate 40 series. Incidentally, in September last year, the Chinese company launched the Mate 40, Mate 40 Pro, Mate 40 Pro +, and Mate 40 RS Porsche Design flagship phones. Speaking of the special features of Mate 40E 5G, the phone has a 90 Hz display, Kirin 900 e processor, and a 64 megapixel triple camera.

The Huawei Mate 40E comes with a 5.5-inch OLED display with 5G curved edge and punch hole design. It will support 1080x238 pixels full HD + resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate and 240 Hz touch sampling rate. Kirin 900E is in the phone as a chipset. With up to 8 GB RAM and up to 256 GB storage. The phone will run on EMUI 11 based Android 10 OS.
Triple camera setup can be found on the back of the phone for photography. The camera module has a 64-megapixel primary camera with f / 1.9 aperture + 16-megapixel ultra wide lens + OIS support and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom support. The phone has a 13 megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
The Huawei Mate 40E 5G has a 4,200mAh battery for power backup. Which will support 40 watt fast charging, 40 watt wireless charging, and 5 watt reverse wireless charging. For security, there is an in-display fingerprint sensor as well as a face unlock feature.

The phone has been launched in two storage variants. The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of the Huawei Mate 40E 5G is priced at 4,599 Yuan (Rs. 51,516) and the 6GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at 5,099 Yuan (Rs. 56,116). The phone will be available in Bright Black, Glaze White, and Secret Silvers color options.
