According to the Xbox India website, it will be available for purchase in India on October 5. How much it will cost in India has not yet been officially announced.

To connect to the headset, Windows 10 devices must have at least Bluetooth version 4.2 or higher, according to Microsoft. You will also need an Xbox wireless adapter or USB Type-C cable.
